Fantasy Music Archive 서비스는 구글 로그인 정보를 통해 사용자님의 유튜브 채널 매핑 및 카드 도감 수집 현황을 관리합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
본 서비스는 원활한 인증 및 채널 매핑을 위해 구글 계정의 이메일 주소, 기본 프로필 정보 및 유튜브 채널 정보(고유 식별자 및 핸들명)를 수집합니다.
2. 정보의 활용
수집된 정보는 사용자 본인 확인 및 수집된 카드 데이터의 연동을 위해서만 사용되며, 제3자에게 제공하거나 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.
3. 데이터 보호 및 보안 조치 (Data Protection Mechanisms)
본 서비스는 사용자의 개인정보와 데이터 도용을 방지하기 위해 구글의 보안 표준 사양 및 기술적 보호 조치를 준수합니다.
- 전송 데이터 암호화 (Encryption in Transit): 사용자의 구글 인증 정보 및 데이터 통신은 업계 표준인 SSL/TLS 프로토콜 기반의 안전한 암호화 채널을 통해서만 전송되며, 데이터 전송 중 발생할 수 있는 스니핑 및 탈취를 원천 차단합니다.
- 엄격한 접근 통제 및 격리 저장 (Access Control & Secure Storage): 수집된 데이터는 외부에 노출된 범용 클라우드 데이터베이스가 아닌, 인가된 서버 내부의 독립된 파일 시스템에 격리되어 안전하게 관리됩니다. 또한, 사용자 본인의 구글/유튜브 고유 식별자(ID)와 시스템 내부의 등록 ID가 1:1로 정확히 일치하는지 검증하는 보안 통제 매커니즘을 적용하여 제3자의 무단 데이터 변조 및 해킹 접근을 방지합니다.
4. 데이터 보존 및 파기/삭제 요청 (Data Retention and Deletion)
본 서비스는 구글 사용자 데이터를 보존하고 파기하는 데 있어 철저한 기준을 준수합니다.
- 정기/즉시 파기: 사용자가 로그아웃하거나 계정 연동 해제를 요청하는 경우, 연동된 매핑 정보는 내부 메모리 장부에서 즉시 소거되며 시스템 저장소 갱신 시 영구 파기됩니다.
- 사용자 영구 삭제 요청 채널 운영: 사용자는 언제든지 서비스에 수집된 본인의 구글 데이터 삭제를 요구할 권리가 있습니다. 데이터 삭제 요청은 공식 이메일 계정(kairence99@gmail.com)을 통해 접수하실 수 있으며, 사용자 확인 즉시 해당 사용자의 모든 식별 데이터와 카드 수집 현황은 시스템 저장소에서 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제됩니다.

The Fantasy Music Archive service utilizes Google Login information to manage the user's YouTube channel mapping and card collection status.
1. Information We Collect
To provide seamless authentication and channel mapping, this service collects your Google account email address, basic profile information, and YouTube channel information (unique identifier and handle).
2. How We Use Information
The collected information is used solely for user verification and synchronizing card data. We do not provide, sell, or disclose this information to any third parties under any circumstances.
3. Data Protection Mechanisms
To protect user collection data and Google user data from unauthorized manipulation or external threats, the service implements technical and organizational security measures:
- Encryption in Transit: All identity authentication and communications containing Google user data are transmitted exclusively through secure channels encrypted with industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols to prevent data interception or sniffing.
- Access Control & Secure Storage: Collected identifiers are not exposed to external cloud database services; instead, they are strictly isolated and safely managed within our dedicated local server file infrastructure. Furthermore, an anti-tampering access control system enforces a strict 1:1 cross-verification check between the authenticated Google/YouTube Channel ID and the internal Draw System ID, effectively blocking unauthorized third-party spoofing or data alteration.
4. Data Retention and Deletion Disclosures
We follow clear and definitive standards regarding the retention and deletion of Google user data:
- Immediate Purification: Upon logging out or disconnecting the account mapping, active session records are instantly released from memory and permanently overwritten during the internal storage updates.
- User Request for Permanent Deletion: Users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their Google data at any time. You can submit a data deletion request by contacting us via email at kairence99@gmail.com. Upon receipt and identity validation, all associated mapping records and card collection data will be completely and permanently wiped from our storage architecture within 7 business days.
